September 11, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 8 months, Azerbaijan produced agricultural products for 10.57 bn manats in actual prices.

The State Statistics Committee reports that the physical volume of agricultural production increased by 2.6% against Jan-Aug 2025.

The total volume of production was evenly distributed: 50% accounted for crop production and 50% for animal husbandry.

Crop production observed growth by 3.1% and livestock production by 2%.

At that, there is slight slowdown in the growth rate in the industry. If for Jan-Jul 2026 the indicator was 2.8%, then by the end of Jan–Aug it decreased to 2.6%.

A similar trend was recorded on the following areas: growth rate in crop production decreased from 3.2% to 3.1% and in animal husbandry from 2.4% to 2%.
