February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The IDPs Social Development Fund is holding an open tender procedure for disabled people of the Karabakh War and families of martyrs for the purchase of 300 apartments (one-, two - and three-room) in Baku and its surroundings, as well as in Ganja.

Tender participation cost is 100 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with a link to website etender.gov.az that the applicants must submit documents for participation in the tender till 6 pm on 6 April 2020, and the tender offer and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope till 6 pm on 2 March 2020.

Unsealing of envelopes with offers will take place at 3:30 pm on 16 April 2020.
