September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The manufacturing industry of Azerbaijan produced output and rendered industrial services for 14.912 bn manats for Jan-Aug 2026 (3.4% more against Jan-Aug 2025), the State Statistics Committee informs.

The most significant growth in the manufacturing industry was recorded in the production of automobiles, trailers and semi-trailers (+89.3%), pharmaceutical products (+48.4%), wood processing and wood products, except furniture (+38.7%), textile industry (+28.8%), tobacco production (+16.3%), paper and cardboard (+14.1%), rubber and plastic products (+9.2%), building materials (+9.0%), leather and footwear products (+8.0%), food industry (+7.9%), metallurgy (+6.9%) and electrical equipment manufacturing (+5.4%).
